It's a little early for me to start this blog but here I am, anyway. In short, I am recovering from a c-section (second kid), an idiot in the kitchen, and a person who really thinks yoga is meant to be the foundation of my life but have never practiced nearly enough.
I want to cook basic, real food recipes. Basic. Fancy shit can come later. Once I get the ok from my doctor, I want to start an Ashtanga home practice by simply starting with daily sun salutations. Add some sort of cardio in there, either simply walking or maybe I will try the Couch to 5k again with the baby in the stroller.
Plans. Closing in on 38. I'd like to be fitter at 40 than I was in my 20s. That shouldn't be too crazy hard, right? Right?!
